Sadly it was clean and that's about all that was good. No ADA room even tho I was told I'd get one. Beds were too soft. Not one comfy chair to sit on. Toilet seat was loose and sliding. AC started making noises and I had to turn it off at night to sleep. Ground floor still has steps or landscape to navigate. ONE ice machine! The door was tweaked and didn't close seamlessly and you had to push it closed.

When we checked in, the first room they sent us to had a broken strike plate on the door frame, to the point that if you pushed on the door from the outside it went in about half an inch - either from pure disrepair or someone ramming the door in previously. They did switch us to another room - this one the door handle only worked some of the time, the door would unlock but the handle would turn without doing anything. By the time we discovered this we didn’t want to move again and had already sent the previous concern to the manager survey (they never responded). The rooms were decent, clean, and although minimalist, it was clear they had been renovated recently. We stayed Memorial Day weekend, so it’s not entirely shocking there was a huge circuit party in the pool area all Saturday afternoon (bass thumping for 6 hours), but I do wish they had let us know prior to check in, at check in, or really at anytime acknowledged that it was happening.

door to room although it closed and locked there was a fair gap through which alot of dust blew in and this is a high wind area. so the floor was always dirty. the tiny pet area was covered in dog poop which was never cleaned up. the one ice machine barely dispensed any ice. although not their fault power went out for a hour or two one night. room has 2 a/c units the one closest to the bed was very noisy and had to turn off at night to sleep finally there was guy w a dog living in their car (black color) staying on the property
