A-Frame, Bin-zebo & Gas Firepit, Walk to Finley

Easy WALK to Finley Farms, the Ozark Mill, & Finley River. This A-Frame home is full of character. BINZEBO with gas Firepit. HUGE yard area for fun and games! The home sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms, and multiple living areas. Fully stocked kitchen. BBQ Grill. Semi-private master suite/ loft with private bathroom. Game room in basement with skeeball and foosball! Large deck for entertaining. Only 10 minutes to Springfield or 30 minutes to Branson. Close to the Ozark square.

Guest Interaction

I will be available for call or messaging if you need anything, we will provide you with a private Schlage code for the duration of your stay for access to the home.

Guest Access

You’ll have access to the entire home and yard area during your stay, the only door we keep closed is to the owner’s closet. You will also have full use of the Binzebo area, but ask that you keep the area quiet between 10 pm - 9 am out of consideration for the neighbors.

The Space

There are stairs that guests need to use at the property due to the multiple levels. The front door access is through the yard and up the stairs to the porch. On the main level you will find living room/ kitchen /dining area, deck access, a full bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. If you head upstairs to the master suite you will find the king bedroom and full bathroom. This upstairs area is a loft and there is no door. And if you head downstairs to the basement, to the right of the stairs you will find another quiet TV area with couch that has a pull out. To the left of the stairwell you will find the game room/sitting room /and access to the laundry. We have skeeball, darts, foosball, and lots of family oriented games. All bedrooms and living room areas have TVs that are smart TVs so you can log into your own Netflix or Hulu accounts. There is a great outdoor Binzebo with a gas firepit as well.

Location Description

We are at the end of a quiet private residential street. Our street entrance is directly across from the Ozark Mill, Finley Farms, McCracken Bridge and Finley River Park. I it is an easy walk down to the Mill and only a few minutes from the Ozark Square.

Getting There

We do not have a garage however there is room on the property (paved areas) to park several cars. Our home is located towards the end of the street on the left!

We had a great stay here! Very spacious and comfortable for our 2 families of 3 to share. The walk down the river was only a few mins away, and nice for morning walks. We were able to grill out on the deck, and make smores at the firepit in the gazebo. Contact with host was easy and quick to reply for any questions we had during our stay! We would def stay in this bnb again if we visit the area again!!

We had a great stay. Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Owner was very prompt with responses to any inquiries. Within walking distance of Finley River and Finley Farms. Within driving distance of Branson and Springfield. Be aware that this is a multilevel home, with steps up to the front porch and semi private master suite upstairs and basement room/secondary access down another set of stairs. Property is also on an incline, so any walking in the yard is done at an incline or decline. I point this out for people like myself with hip and knee arthritis. After a couple of days, it can make you achy, lol.

Family reunion

Our small family really enjoyed this property. The house was well stocked with everything you need for living comfortably. The kitchen was nice with lots of spices and sharp knives. We enjoyed the large yard with our dog and the kids enjoyed the jungle gym and the play room downstairs. Easy walk to the park and Finley farms restaurant.

Super cozy, clean, and fun stay! There was plenty for our littles to do. Enough space for everyone. Nice neighborhood. Close enough to all things but not in the middle of all the busy parts. The host was nice and got back to any questions we had within a timely manner!

Relaxing home away from home

Warm and cozy, this A-frame is perfect for a long weekend or longer. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs. Amazing coffee bar for those who need their caffiene fix. Bedrooms are more than comfortable for a good nights sleep. And the game room provides for a nice distraction to pass the time. Above all else, the location is perfect with a short walk to Finley Farms for breakfast, lunch, or coffee. Our family had a wonderful time here and we would stay here again.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay here. We come to Ozark to visit family every few months and this was the perfect location for us. It had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and spend time with our family. The playground was the perfect place for my nieces to play while us adults enjoyed the cooler summer evenings and nights around the fire pit. It was nice that it was on a private road so not much traffic to worry about. This is a place we will definitely be booking again for our trips.

We loved our stay, the property is very well cared for, very clean and the outside setting area is amazing The small outside play area for the kids was a hit. Nice Neighborhood and walking distance to the Finley Farm Mill.

Cozy

A Frame in Finley was a cozy place to relax with family and enjoy. The house is adequately stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and baking dishes. Also cutest coffee bar fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was so cute and fun. While there be sure to check out Finley Farm/Ozark Mill. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.
