The staff was friendly at check-in, the beds were hard, there's no elevator, you have to turn in your used towels in order to get fresh ones, the door to the pool was locked and had to be opened by a staff member. The hotel is outdated and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

When we arrive the gentleman took 30 min to check us in with no one else there it was late at night, bedspreads had holes that where fixed with duck tape the blankets had holes that where patched with iron on patches, the beds where horrible dirty appeared to be 30 years old sheets on corners had black thread where it appeared someone attempted to fix them , towels where hard , room chairs had burn holes , floor was so dirty that we didn't take our shoes off, blow dryer was broke. When booking the phone call to them was to a Days Inn, a lot of the advertising there was Days Inn which we have stayed in multiple times, very disappointed , breakfast was not eatable, dinning area was really dirty.

Desk clerk would not replace a room key that would not work stating my cell phone erased it. The pool was kept locked Clerk stated its locked to keep kids out. The clerk would not let my 11 year old into the pool area tell he chastised him about how kids always cause issues. My wife bought a can of pop and the clerk would not allow her to drink the pop near the pool. Kids are not wanted or welcome at this motel and they act like pool use is inconvenient for them. Pool towels had holes and were basically rags. This was the worse motel we have ever stayed in and I would sleep in my pickup before I would stay here again. The desk clerk had no people skills and obviously does not like kids, his job, or people in general.

We are a family friendly hotel and we absolutely want our guests and their children to enjoy our amenities including our pool area. As a matter of safety, the pool area is secured so that unattended children do not accidentally again access. Our team is available to provide entry into the pool area during all hours that the pool is open during the day. We do sincerely hope that you can appreciate our priority of guest safety.
