When we checked in it was apparent that the sheets were not cleaned. I found hairs and cotton matterial from clothes when i pulled back the sheets tobgo to sleep. As well, the duvet had stains. I spoke to the reception, they were able to give me a new set of sheets but i had to change the sheets myself. I was able to ask the next day from a cleaner for a new duvet. I will say their staff were very good to deal with and handled the situation well and discounted the room due to this but, it was not a pleasant experience as i kept thinking what was actually clean.

I loved that we were able to park right in front of the sliding door to our room. The staff at this property were amazing. The front desk was very welcoming and a super kudo goes to the young lady in the breakfast room that went over and above to help a woman with a walker get her breakfast to take back to her room.
