From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When I wasn’t happy with my initial room, the hotel kindly arranged a change, and Cem went above and beyond to assist me with the entire process. He made the transition so smooth and stress-free, helping me with my luggage and making sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, professionalism, and warm personality truly made a difference in my stay. It’s people like him who turn a good hotel experience into an exceptional one. "Great location, friendly staff. Cleaning of the room was great, high standard and lovely cleaning lady. Breakfast choices limited for us personally. Mindful of the level of noise from outside traffic depending on the room. A/C was temperamental and had to keep the door open at night hence all the noise from outside being an issue. Would recommend staying if you want good clean room and perfect location."
