The hotel was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and it was within walking distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. There was a great selection at the morning buffet breakfast. However, the bathroom was a bit small for an average-sized adult. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would stay there again if I’m in the area.

A great home base for our brief stay in Osaka

Wonderful service at the hotel and a great location just a few minutes walk from the Midosuji line and a ~15-minute walk from Tennōji station for more local access. For ¥1100 per adult (~$7.44 as of Aug 2025), a delicious hot breakfast buffet can be included. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the 2nd floor with 2 washers and 1 dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Nice hotel in a shinsekai area

Very nice hotel in the shinsekai area. Great room, comfortable bed with nice bedding & excellent daily breakfast. The shinsekai area has great variety of restaurant & activities, beautiful at night when all the neon lights are glowing.

The bathroom was soooo small! the pictures online were somewhat misleading. The staff was kind and i loved the area but i probably would not stay here again. The lack of space made the stay very uncomfortable.

Great value for the price! Area is quite busy at night and has multiple restaurants and bars as well as arcade games. Rooms are quite small but have everything you would need and are very clean.

I got this room as a last minute thing but was very pleasantly surprised to find myself with a direct and unimpeded view of Osaka tower! The direct access to takoyaki every 5 feet was a privilege and there was much to do within walking distance. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel overall (location, cleanliness, near food street) is good. Just that got 1 of the front desk male staff a bit rude during speaking . I just request a garbage bag, he just reject and said NO NO! and he just speak in Japanese language with a angry face, but I can’t understand Japanese and I don’t why Japanese doesn’t want to learn even simple English as Japan a lot tourist now and some more 2025 expo in Osaka. The coffee and free donut is good taste anyway.

Great place. Great Area but not too busy.

The hotel was very nice but a little small. The area was great to stay at. There were many restaurants and shops in our area and was in walking distance to places like Dotonbori. Hotel staff was professional and friendly.

Really great hotel to stay at! We very much enjoyed our time here and it was right in the heart of the best food hub in Shinsekai. Highly recommend this hotel for safety as well, was located close to several metro entrances (5mins) and we felt safe here at night. Staff spoke great English and were very helpful when using luggage forwarding.

The property has two subway stations nearby, both in 3-5 mins walking distance. The location is very central to anywhere you need to get to. The area does get sketchy after 9pm, but it's not to the safety in general and in daytime, it's good.
