The front staff, especially Jake and Josh are very welcoming and helpful. The room is large however there was a strong pee smell coming from the bottom bunk bed. It was cleaned the following day, but had left an uneasiness of the overall the level of cleanliness.

As a family of four with two boys under 8, this was the perfect hotel. The theme was board games, and the boys had so much fun. The room was nice, with bunk beds for the kids and super comfortable futons. But the most enjoyable part was the staff. They were so helpful from the time we checked in to the time we left in a taxi. They took the time to research the best Beyblade shops, an amazing breakfast cafe, and even tips on how to best experience Universal Studios. We felt cared for above expectation. I highly recommend it for families travelling to Osaka.

Amazing hotel in easy walking distance to so many shopping and transportation areas. The staff was very helpful, and our 2-bedroom had its own laundry machine. Definitely try the hotel games, especially the hidden room!

So amazing! Totally fun and immersive stay. The rooms were great and all the games were very entertaining. The coin hunt, secret room, vending machine riddles was unique experience. The staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience. Very friendly and welcoming.

Close to the train station and was close to Kuromon market and shopping areas. Staff was nice. I’m bad with names but there was an American guy there with glasses that checked us in and out and he was great! Rooms are spacious and they have a coin laundry room. Would definitely stay here again.

Both reception & concierge were friendly & helpful & all spoke fluent english. We stayed in the family room, it was a good size & modern & clean & the beds were very comfortable. The room was well-designed & thoughtful & incl a kitchenette & humidifier & purifier. I left an electronic item at a cafe in tennoji, Annie was exceptionally helpful & she took extra effort in finding the item. She even wrote me a note in japanese to give to the cafe staff. I would definitely recommend Mimaru to my family & friends.

Great hotel for families

Great for families, very nice size and clean room. About 7mins walk to the nearest Nippombashi station. Very near to Kuromon market and den den town so lots of gachapon and claw machine shops.

A wonderful stay in this marvellous hotel. Short walking distance to Namba station with many choices of local foods nearby. Staffs were friendly and no problem with english. Room was big enough for my family of 3. Have a small kitchen, dining area and also a bathtub too.

The board game theme throughout the hotel was fun for families. From the coin search in the rooms, elevator, lobbies to the changing trivia games for prizes the staff at Mimaru kept it fresh for the kids to keep them entertained. Friendly front desk ensured that luggage arriving via luggage service was waiting in the room on check-in. Great for offering suggestions on what to do or see or helping hail a taxi. Rooms were spacious and clean. Walking distance to a lot of shopping, shops, night life. Lawsons accross the street for anything you need.

This property is very well located. The rooms are bigger which is great for families. The staff are okay. We arrived at 1:45pm and were told to wait until 2pm for check in, but are bags had arrived and were already in the room, I thought that was a bit strange! Would stay there again though.
