Stayed here for 6 nights. Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating despite a language barrier. Loved that they provided bottled waters for the guests which was a life saver being it was the hottest part of July. Close to local transportation and very convenient for traveling around Osaka.

Not a bad location. Train stations are not too far away depending on where you are going. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but small for 3 people. Hotel has laundry machines on several floors which is nice. Breakfast food was okay not great.

An excellent hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom was first class. This hotel had everything I needed and was beyond my expectations. The Metro is a 2 minute walk away, which is extremely convenient. I highly recommend this hotel amd their lovely staff.

We just didn't enjoy our time here. Although we had one of the larger rooms (the 3 bed corner room), it was dark and miserable. It was also cramped and we were constantly hopping around our luggage and what have you. In fact it got us down so much, we checked out after 1 day of our 3 day stay and went to another hotel (which we did not regret moving to). To be fair the other hotel was about twice the price, but by that stage we were not enjoying Osaka, the hotel was adding to that and we just thought stuff it we need to end our time in Japan on a high. The cleaner also wasn't on point and didn't do a thorough job as in the other hotels we stayed in Japan. (Although that is a point for management as we had already decided to leave by that stage). Interestingly, when we checked out early no one even asked us why, they just thanked us for our stay. It was almost as if they weren't surprised. The hotel seemed to be a base for large tour groups, maybe only staying one night, judging by the large amount of suitcases in reception when we arrived and when we checked out. On a positive note, we managed to check in a couple of hours early (which was the only hotel in Japan we were able to do that), and, apart from the cleaning comment I mentioned above, the staff were good based on the limited interactions we had with them. The bathroom area of the room was also good.

We stayed at this property during our two weeks in Japan and it was a nice property. The room like most other Japan hotel is small but it was expected and did not bother us. We mainly were doing day trips while we were in Osaka so the room size did not bother us much. The bathroom in our room was surprisingly bigger than most and that was a nice surprise but still would have rather had the space in the sleeping area. The hotel was not centrally located but not hard to navigate between walking and train stations. The location was nice and quiet which was nice but not close to the touristy things of osaka it didn’t bother us much since we did day trips but after a long day it was tiring to hike back. Overall I would recommend the property for a stay in Osaka.
