Very full and very busy hotel. 60 rooms per floor for 34 floors. If you don't mind spending 10-15 minutes waiting for an elevator with space to fit every time you need to leave the building, it isn't a bad hotel.

The rooms are clean and offer plenty of things such as toiletries. However the elevator situation is quite chaotic and there needs to be a better system in place to prevent traffic from forming inside of the hotel. The check in system also needs to handle certain scenarios better. I had to spend a lot of time checking in for multiple rooms and it felt really tedious.

This hotel (we were there in April, so peak season) was incredibly busy. Huge lines for check-in at the self service machines (at around 8pm), and long lines for the elevators. We didn’t buy breakfast ($60 canadian for 2 people!!!) but went down to the nearby Lawsons around 9:30pm to pick up supplies. There were long lines for the elevators. And I mean long! In the morning we had to wait for almost 15 minutes to get an elevator down to the lobby, and another 10 minutes in the line to leave our bags while we went out. Fortunately we weren’t in a hurry! The room itself was pretty standard for an APA hotel. Small, clean, comfy beds.

First and Last time

This Hotel isn't close to the Osaka Station. Got into an argument with the front Desk over the room's temperature. You can't control the AC and some rocket scientist decided that 25°C/80°F was the perfect sleeping temperature. The buffet was nice, what wasn't nice was the absence of sneeze guards over the food.
