Stayed at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-Eki Tower for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was a little confusing as it’s 100% self check-in so it was hard to navigate the screens. Room was great with a lot of amenities provided. Cleaning up of rooms by default is once every 3 days (for guests who stayed beyond 3 days), but fresh towels will be provided daily. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, and can be accessible by both the Tanimachi Line and Midosuji Lines (though Midosuji is a bit further). Overall, I think the hotel was a good one. However, one might want to cater an additional 5-10 minutes to wait for the elevator, which will take awhile.

I love the options inside the hotel. The spa is wonderful. The have body and facial massages options. Convenient store and restaurant . They have an amazing view from the top floor and a pool open during summer times. We walked to the hotel from the train station. I truly recommend it.

I had a standard room, but found it exceedingly clean and well appointed, with lots of nice touches, in spite of its small size. A five minute walk to the nearest subway access. Many, many small restaurants and bars in the area. Would stay again here in future with no hesitation.

Huge place in convenient area and often priced favourably. Gym is a bit weak but ample if creative and not too busy. Free movies nice plus. Wonderful onsen on site. Very engaged staff. Breakfast a but weak but again ample. Many nearby options. I value this hotel.
