This fantastic corner lot property is nestled in the heart of the Solterra resort.Featuring tennis courts , gym, pools, lazy river, on site bar and grill plus many more amenities which guests can make use of during their stay.The home has five bedrooms ( two with ensuite) , a bedroom on first floor, two further bathrooms and a small bathroom located on the pool deck for your added convenience.Modern and well appointed with high speed internet , Smart TV's in every room plus an upstairs nook with sofa and a further TV.Downstairs the home has an open plan feel with lounge looking out on to the pool, sit up breakfast bar and a large well appointed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.Additionally there is a dining area with table and chairs for your added convenience.The home has two designated parking spaces directly in front of the home.The pool area is spacious and has a covered lanai with table and chairs plus sun loungers beside the pool.A perfect home for a family vacation, visiting the parks or simply chilling around the home and soaking up the Florida sun.
