Step outside into your screened backyard retreat, where a private pool and spa await year-round. Both are available to heat for an additional fee, so you can set the mood however you like. Sun loungers, outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ grill complete the patio setup - ideal for evening cookouts after a long day at the parks. The pool is cleaned weekly, and a skimmer is on hand for guest use; additional cleanings can be arranged at an extra cost.

Living Spaces
The home's single-level, open floor plan makes it effortless for everyone to gather. The living area features a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan, flowing naturally into the dining space - two four-seat tables ready for family meals or a round of board games. A dedicated workspace (in a private room with a door) is also available for anyone who needs to stay connected for work or study.

Sleeping Arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep up to eight guests comfortably. The master suite offers a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, and direct pool access. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dual entries, TV, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 features twin beds with Toy Story-themed décor, smart TVs, and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 4 is fitted with a bunk bed, Star Wars-themed décor, and a ceiling fan. The living room sectional can also serve as an additional sleeping area if needed.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook from scratch - pots, pans, a blender, toaster, bread maker, baking sheets, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Wine glasses, a hot water kettle, and barbecue utensils round out the setup. Breakfast is also provided for guests.

Bathrooms & Laundry
Two bathrooms serve the home, one of which includes a bathtub. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, and clothing storage throughout the bedrooms keep longer stays completely manageable.

Entertainment
Between the 55-inch HDTV with streaming services (Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and more), a ping pong table, pool table, arcade games, life-size games, and a children's playroom, there's no shortage of fun on rainy days or quieter evenings at home. Exercise equipment - including a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, and free weights - is also available on-site.

Self check-in is available via lockbox. Please note the home has an energy-saving feature: the air conditioning will automatically switch off if exterior doors are left open for more than five minutes. Pets are welcome. Exterior security cameras are in place on the property.
