I rarely make review, but this place is rated way too high. Dirty bedspread and floor, old shower, minimal towels, hole in bathroom wall, very noisy next to freeway, no air conditioning or sound proofing. 96 degrees! Not worth the money

We checked out after an hour. The room was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom, the mirror was rusty, and there was hair in the shower. The front desk didn't really want to give us more towels (had like 3 in a 6 person room) and the towels they gave were almost see through. We ended up finding another room in town and cut our losses.

It appeared that work had been done very nicely,but the bathroom was not quite up to par…windows were great, beds comfortable good covering on windows.paint was fresh..old desk, the outside was rough,and we always had trouble getting out..car was parked across from us and big truck beside us ..and we had a small car,but it was a tight squeeze ..staff was great and helped quickly….coffee and clean towels…

Nice Motel

A nice place for price, don’t expect the Ritz, it’s just a nice motel. You can park directly in front of your room, no carpet on the floor, and pet friendly for those who have one. Bed was relatively comfortable, sheets were clean, and usb outlets on the lamps if needed. The rooms are all on one level. We stayed close to the road, which you can hear, but didn’t bother us. Ask for one of the rooms further away if that is a concern.

Gross!!!

This place is the skid row of Brookings. BEWARE!!!! The place is barely put together. Torn shower curtain, rust, stained tub, squeaky bed with springs, paper thin walls, 5 foot shower head. Worst night at a hotel. The cops were called, homeless hanging around. We had neighbors check in at midnight that partied till 4 am. I feel bad for the housekeeper that has to clean those sheets. I tried to call and complain in the middle of the night. Guess what no phone!!!! Not all rooms have phones. The staff was sympathetic. Spend the extra $30 else where for comfort and peace of mind!!!

On a business trip and I booked a room here last minute. The staff was friendly and professional. The area was quiet and my room was clean as was the bathroom. I slept very well. I recommend this hotel.
