The stay was fine but when we tried to check in, there was an issue because of Hotels.com. I had to call a service number and wait 30+ minutes before being able to check in. We got in late and it was very inconvenient. Not the hotels fault, concern was with Hotels.com

Not pleasant

This was my first visit. The shower had hair in it, the sofa was dirty, could not find a comfortable temperature in the room overall as the room was freezing one minute then muggy the next. We woke up sweating. The fridge was not cold enough and there needs to be some type of ventilation in the bathroom.
