Will never stay there again

Our stay was awful. The room was musty, we thought once we circulate the heating it would get better. But we figured out the odor was in the bathroom. It almost smelled like a sewer. We kept the door closed during the night. Not sure what exactly the problem was, but we told the front desk they said the would tell the manager.

Bathroom did not work

Called about my bathroom not flushing and the water just staying in the toilet , guy on the phone told me the maintenance person would be there in the morning at 8 left the next morning and came back in the afternoon and called them again and was told that the maintenance person was off today…. Was lied to and had to use out side bathroom terrible hotel!

The Fairfield Inn in Orangeburg is a better choice

The hotel was clean and the staff and guests were friendly. The area felt safe. There is not much to do around the hotel. You can walk to Waffle House or drive to several options nearby. In December the pool was closed for the winter, and there is no fitness center and not much of a lobby.

Did not have any hot water, they gave us another room water was warm at best, desk person told us the next morning that a bird had blocked the water heater vent, maintenance had cleared it, we had hot water when we left. Things happen.
