"The cleanliness could have been better..we had to ask for new sheets and pillow cases..as someone that is a manager for janitorial business, I would have hoped it would have been more than it was! We had to change our own bed bc there was no staff to do it. Then I noticed the cleaner in the morning was using the same mop water in every room..I get being short staffed but managing comes first so that’s where it starts!! Do better.."
