The shower was broken and the heat did not work. When informing the front desk the girl was rude and also they couldn’t move us so paid for a room we couldn’t use.

We were ABSOLUTELY satisfied with our stay! We stayed because our fur baby doesn’t like fireworks. There were NONE! Great area!

Room was neat and accommodating, Breakfast was best ever! Lobby was nice. There is no hot tub which was one reason we picked this hotel, but the pool was nice. Of the three check-in attendants, only one smelled heavily like marijuana (sadly becoming the norm these days-one of the reasons I foresee this job being taken over by AI.) Need new carpet in the elevator. Guests were nice, nice area.

This Hampton Inn room was a bit tired looking... paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom... The TV system was older style - worked but not like other Hampton Inns... The room was clean and with a good night sleep and good breakfast we were happy...

Not what I expect from a Hampton Inn

The hotel was very tired looking. The person working the front desk at check-in was indifferent and unprofessional. Our room was freezing at check-in and the thermostat on the wall was not functional. We fiddled with the unit under the window and could only get the room really hot or cold. The TV remote didn’t work. The breakfast attendant greeted us with a loud, “breakfast is over at 10!” when we arrived at 9:50. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order. All in all this was a sad excuse for what I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn.

Good but strange design

My brother and I stayed 2 days. It was very good. The only complaint was that the bathroom door was also the closet door. Open the closet and it roles shut on the bathroom. Open the bathroom and the closet is closed. Awkward for two trying to get ready at the same time.
