In the evening, the room was quite warm, and I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but because it is an integrated system, the hotel said it could not start the air-conditioning until later in the month . It suggested that I turned down the heat and open the window.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms are basic, but clean and quiet. The lighting in the bathroom is poor for applying makeup. The breakfast buffet was adequate. We also ate in the cafe twice. It would be nice to have a full service restaurant for dinner.

주변 환경과 입지는 매우 우수하며, 호텔의 공간 구성 또한 인상적이다. 특히 온돌형 복층 구조는 편안함과 개성을 동시에 갖춘 강점으로 평가할 수 있다. 조식에서 제공되는 커피와 크루아상 역시 높은 만족도를 준다. 다만 전반적인 운영 철학과 서비스 마인드는 아쉬움이 크다. 고객 경험에 대한 고민이 부족해 보이며, 응대 수준 또한 기대에 미치지 못한다. 잠재력은 충분하지만, 현재로서는 체계적 운영보다는 형식적 유지에 가까운 인상을 준다. 개선이 이루어진다면 충분히 매력적인 공간으로 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다
