4/10 Poor

when the name Hilton is attached to the primary location,
one would expect more than what the Fin Hotel represented under the "Tapestry Collection". I was not impressed at all. The view from my room was tiny
version of a used car lot. I brought my own coffee pot and
water. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby called for a reservation which I was not informed of this at check in. After I was granted permission to dine this establishment , I placed an order for a Grey Goose brand vodka martini. The server's eyes bulged and he suddenly looked faint. He
immediately began to procrastinate over what I ordered verses what they had to offer. Finally he admitted that they
only had the "house" brand which was an unfamiliar rye grain vodka label. Perhaps something found at World Market. The biggest disappointment was the fact that there
was no bathtub. Since I was only there for one day. I could have parked on the street at no charge. Rather having to pay $28.00 for parking inwhich I had to drag my luggage some distance to the hotel lobby. (I'm 76 years old.) I thought under the Hilton name this location would reflect considerable representation? But it did not. This location made Best Western look like a palace.
