Really great location! Family has been coming to Oceanside for many years. First time renting out this specific place, and was unfortunately shocked to see how dirty it was, given the reviews we read prior to booking.

We live in Tucson and invited our grandkids to stay with us in Oceanside for a week. This was the perfect space. They each had their own bed and there was room for their mom to spend the first two nights with them and dad the last two nights (kids are 5 and 7 from DC) They LOVED having the pool and hot tub, pool and foosball, and the BEACH RIGHT THERE! Everything is so convenient! Went to Legoland, Seaward and Birch Aquarium. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for quick meals, plus beach wagon, buckets and shovels, and towels. A great week with the kiddos. Thanks so much!

Ideal location for spring break

We had two adult children and our nine-year-old daughter. It was the perfect location close to the docs for deep-sea fishing and close to the pier for fun evening activities and write on the beach for a quiet alone time during the day the resort had all the amenities we could need.

My family of five stayed at this condo for a week and it was fabulous. We had easy access to the pool. The beds were comfortable, and even the pull out couch bed was decent. It was a very positive experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice condo for a family sports trip

We stayed at the condo property along with several other families of our daughter’s soccer team. We were able to have our own space but also able to meet up for a team dinner in the event room onsite. The kids all enjoyed the beach access for sand volleyball, the pool and games. Thanks for a great time!

Best Place to Stay in Oceanside

The property was clean and well supplied. The grounds themselves are being updated and painted currently which did not deter from our beach fun. I would happily stay here again

Our condo was nice, kind of in between new and old. The re-done bathrooms were especially nice, I loved that the bathtub and shower were actually tiled and not that crappy fiberglass too-slippery kind. And the ceiling fans were awesome, good quality, not squeaky and looking like they'd come out of the ceiling any minute. But the dresser in the master bedroom smelled so old and musty I did not put my clothes in it. The kitchen was old, besides the new sink and countertop, and the beds were a bit saggy. The complex was nice, although the vending machines were frustrating. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The property is in a great spot but we didn't care for the management. Security did all the work while management never answered the phone. Our room was filthy when we got there. I don't think they've mopped since the 90s. Says it is renovated, unless they are talking renovated in the 90s, that statement is misleading. Checking in was really hard and they don't seem to care that their check in parking lot is always full with non guests.

Perfect family getaway

We love staying at North Coast Village and have been many times. G-100 was sparkling clean and nicely renovated. Our family of five were very comfortable during our stay and I would highly recommend a stay here.

Fun stay in Oceanside

We enjoyed our stay in Oceanside. It seemed pretty mellow at the complex. Pool was warm, hot tub nice. The unit itself could use some updating as others have mentioned. Parking is convenient with a dedicated spot. We loved feeding the koi.

Fun Destination

This condo was nice, great location close to the harbor and the beach and a short walk to the pier. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is a wagon, a boogie board, a small pop up shade, and some sand toys as well as beach chairs to take down to the beach. Everything went well and we would definitely book again. Very family friendly. They did not have a can opener though, that I could find. Also the largest pan was a little small if you have a large group to cook for, but we made it work!

This unit was just ok. It could use a little updating. Especially in the kitchen. It didn't have everything that we needed. I had to borrow items for another unit and the dishwasher was terrible! It doesn't even clean the dishes. The coffee pot was filthy and broken. That being said, when we contacted the rental office they apologized and tried to bring a new coffee pot the first morning. The couch bed sheets were stained. But other than that it was fine and meet or needs.

Beautiful landscaping on the grounds, nice jacuzzi. A few issues: 1)TV box taped to TV, with tape residue on screen. 2)fireplace didn't work. 3)tiles missing on shower shelf, with mold in corners. 4) security issue with ground level window NOT lockable! 5) no coffee filters or coffee. 6) no shampoo or conditioner. 7) bathtub non functional (needs a drain plug).

Nice stay

We enjoyed most of everything. The beds were comfortable. It was well stocked with what we needed. We loved the amenities, but we did have to wash the dishes before we could use them. There was stuck on hard cheese in the grater and a greasy film over the dishes. We washed them and enjoyed the rest of the trip.
