Never again will I stay at extend stay in San Diego. Dispite my family only staying for two days, we felt like we were staying at a motel. The refrigerator did not work, bed frames were sticking out that scratched my leg more then 3×, floors in bathroom, bedroom, and counters had stains, beds hard, chairs had cigarette holes and other holes. Also when they said breakfast please note it's only coffee, oatmeal and packaged bit size muffins. This place needs a full modern upgrade.

the lobby smelled like a vape shop and the 2nd floor hallway smelled like old, stale bread. the shower was dirty with hair and crap all inside and there were blood stains on the AC unit. i wouldn’t walk bare foot in the hotel.

My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. There were no soaps provided in the bathroom unless requested, and the breakfast options felt more suited for children. This was my first time staying at an extended stay hotel, and it will definitely be my last. Additionally, there was a strong scent in the room that caused me to sneeze all night long. Motel would have suited my needs.Paying such an amount and getting such a below par service is unacceptable.

It started off great but the stay overall was a pretty bad visit. The only reason I gave 2 stars bc they have this front desk clerk that works nights and she was very kind and friendly. The room itself had cockroaches. I counted 6 in 2 days. (Room 105) 1 in the shower, 1 on the wall next to the TV, 2 near the microwave, 1 on the desk, and 1 on bathroom sink. When I tried to report it to the front desk during the day, no one was around to help. I coach in soccer tournaments and needed something printed. I asked the hotel clerk to see abt printing a paper and she said "sorry no printing until 2pm". You can print my hotel receipt but cant print out a document within minutes? Ive been to many hotels and not once has that ever been an issue. Meanwhile, they started their complimentary coffee bar late 30 minutes while a group of elderly were waiting on her but she had this pissed off look on her face. Idk what happened to the staff this weekend but it wasnt a friendly visit. The location wae superb for my work but I'll never stay here again.

The staff were friendly. The first room I was in had a horrible smell and water was leaking under the floor in the bathroom. I changed rooms - the AC did not work properly and was incredibly loud when it would come on. The bathtub/shower was rundown and did not look the cleanest. It was very late and I was tired, so I didn’t change rooms again, but after bad nights of rest while I was there, I should have tried a different room.
