Beautiful house! Super spacious! We loved the house! It was comfortable and cozy. Not only was the house excellent, Neil was so helpful and always checked in on us if we needed anything! I had some issues booking the house (entirely my fault) and Neil was so patient and helped me as much as he can with no complaint! We 100% recommend this home and we will definitely be staying here again!

The owner went above and beyond with customer service, being highly responsive and accommodating. The location of the Blue House is perfect: a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors, near restaurants, grocery stores and a five minute drive to the beach or bay. The owners have every appliance you could ever want so we had fun with the air fryer. We stayed in January but this house has a deck, four beach bikes, a fire pit and ping-pong table. The yard is fenced and our dogs loved it. The washer/dryer was bonus. We will stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location, centrally located near restaurants, shopping facilities, and the beach.The house was a cozy cottage filled with fun games and activities. The fenced in backyard was convenient for both the dogs and children. The ping pong table and bicycles were a plus!The Hosts, Neil and Elizabeth, were accommodating and generous— offering us a later check out. The neighborhood Christmas decorations were festive—We will definitely return!

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and Neil is very welcoming. He went above and beyond for our stay. Our dog had a good time too. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay at the Blue Beach House. We will absolutely be back again!

This was a little jewel of a house in Ocean City, Md. The neighborhood and ease of getting to the beach was excellent! While the kitchen was fully stocked in terms of tableware, cookware could use a refresh. Items that were noted as being available were either not there or not in condition to be used. Would these items deter us from staying here again, I don't think so, but the little things do add up. Overall, it's a sweet little place!

This is an adorable house. It has so many amenities, fenced yard, front deck, side deck, screened in porch, outdoor private shower, outdoor ping pong table, fire pit, BBQ grill. The interior is clean, and decorated beautifully. Kitchen is open with a stone countertop. Appliances appear new. Bedrooms (3) each have ceiling fans, and are again thoughtfully decorated. Everything has been updated. Living room seats 8 comfortably and has a fireplace. Living room and all bedrooms have large screen TV’s. All this and only a few easy blocks to the beach and bay. Quiet neighborhood with private residences and even a small dog park that has a playground, tennis courts and pickleball court. Loved my stay. Recommend highly.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Blue House. It was me and my husband and our two adult children (one who lives in Virginia). We had three dogs (much appreciated to be able to bring out pets for peace of mind) and the accommodations were perfect in that there was a fenced in back yard for letting the dogs out, as well as a grassy park one block down for walking our furry friends. The house had everything we needed, and as our weather did not cooperate so much, we enjoyed using some of the many games available, including the nintendo which our son hooked into his Switch. The kitchen was well stocked and we made a large breakfast one morning, and grilled our last night on the charcoal grill. Beds were comfortable as well. Was within walking distance to the beach (we got one sunny day), as well as minature golf right down the street. We may book again next year depending upon where we want to vacation.

Great location and Home

We stayed at the Blue House for the first time the week of Memorial Day week to visit family in the area. It was a great location - nice neighborhood for walking, biking and just a few blocks from the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

My husband & I had a nice stay @ the Blue House! The Hosts were wonderful & gracious! They got back to us immediately with any questions that we had. It was a very nice & thoughtful touch in sending over doughnuts when we arrived. The House was located on a nice & quiet block. The home on the inside was organized & updated however the outside needs some improvements (new screen doors, power washing the deck & new outdoor furniture). We thank you again for a nice stay! We will be sure to recommend you to our friends & family!

Perfection

Fantastic experience, we would stay at The Blue House again! Neil and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. Neil reached out before our trip to see if we had questions or needed recommendations and made sure we were happy upon arrival. The Blue House is clean and comfortable, in a perfect neighborhood location that is safe to walk your dogs, and is within walking distance to the beach. Bonus that there are extras to enjoy such ad a ping pong table, fire pit and bikes! There is even a small fully fenced in yard for the pups. We were happy to find this gem when searching for a place to stay!

The Blue house didn’t disappoint!

The house was immaculate! My wife and I needed a space for our two dogs during a wedding ceremony and “The Blue House” was perfect. The house was fenced in and the neighborhood was very dog friendly. Neil was very involved in the process and provided us with lots of information. I’d highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

The home was very comfortable, clean and in a great location...just a few blocks to the beach and a short drive to Assateague Island. Not to mention the indoor/outdoor putt putt golf just around the corner. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome place to stay!

We loved staying at the Blue House! It's in a super convenient, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Near a park and tiny free library. The house is so cute and comfy. They had everything we needed during our stay. My adult son enjoyed the N64. My hubby enjoyed the coffee making equipment! We had a great time and would definitely stay again. The host, Neil, is super attentive, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Drama free vacation

The house itself was clean and comfortable. The outside shower came in handy to rinse off the children. Both bathrooms were very nice and having a washer and dryer truly helped. Love both the decks. The street was quiet. My dog was very well-behaved and enjoyed the yard and nearby park with the kids.

Perfect family getaway

A charming house filled with many amenities was perfect for a family get away. We enjoyed lounging around the many indoor and outdoor spaces including playing ping pong, relaxing on the hammock, drinking coffee in the sunroom and playing games. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to other activities including Assateague Island. Neil, the host was very responsive and the fresh donuts delivered our first morning was a nice touch and a big hit! Highly recommend a stay at The Blue House!

Amazing host and great home for a family vacation!

We loved our stay at the Blue Beach House! Neil was an amazing host and went above and beyond in his communication and hospitality. Neil reached out ahead of time with check in info/reminders and also offered to help book reservations, yoga, and surfing as well. Any message I sent was replied to in a very timely manner. The house was clean and in a cute neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach. Neil not only provided great amenities, including beach equipment, linens, and so much more, but also sent us welcome donuts on the first morning of our stay. The Blue Beach House has everything you would need for a relaxing family vacation and you absolutely won’t be disappointed!

Perfect family house

Our family had a wonderful time at Neil's Blue House. The charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Neil responded to our questions within 15 minutes via text and email. We had plenty of room with 6 adults to stay comfortably. We would certainly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Great stay!

This was a great house. Loved the layout and open space. The bedrooms also had space to walk around. Kitchen was well stocked with all our needs, including a fridge with water and ice maker, which I don't often find in rentals. Loved the sunroom entrance so we weren't dragging sand through the house. Our kids enjoyed the ping pong table out back and pickleball court around the corner and the neighborhood was lovely for morning runs and walks with our pup. Neil was an attentive host, checking in every day, and he even sent us some goodies. Highly recommend!
