Located in a peaceful, desirable neighborhood, this home sits on a large lot with plenty of room to relax. Step into a spacious open floor plan that leads into a bright sunroom—and right out to your own private dipping pool under a screened lanai. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Grill available for guest use. Please clean after each use. A $50 fee will be charged if the grill is not cleaned properly after exiting the property
All house trash is to be put in the bins in the garage. If leaving on Sun/Wed, please put the bins to the road for pickup the following day.
