I called and inquired about the deposit and they confirmed it was $50 and when i arrived they told me it was $100. I told them i called the hotel directly ro confirm and they still denied it. They also charge for parking but do not give you anything to place in your car. Why bother paying for parking if anyone can park there.

Room 1103,we stayed 3 days. Our room was great, larger than our friend in room 1105. Ground floor, sliding door to outside where you could sit and look at the view of the marina. Room staff were lovely and very helpful, Resturant was a little over priced, some meals larger than others.

The hotel in great location, but building was like in Hawaii, has 5 different way to enter and out, it's harder for older age guests fiind their building. TV not working, some one spends 30 minutes to fixed. Housekeeping best, room small.

I was able to share my concerns with the manager, only after leaving the property, so they said they would look into the issues for future guests. Fingers crossed. Among the issues, the room had a toilet seat that was not clean, a huge wad of chewed and dried-out gum on the side table, and a broken lock to the second-level slider, which needed to be opened to provide fresh air to the dank-smelling room. I was itchy after my stay, which I assumed was allergies, but I now realize it was the sheets. Pluses: the front desk staff was nice, and being by the water is always preferred. Minuses: while there for three days, no manager would make an effort to see me (although they reached out after I wrote a detailed letter, and made a few phone calls), rough hotel that needs major updating (something I would not have minded had I not experienced the dirty room, lack of acknowledgment while there, and the fact that someone kept my debit card number and charged me for breakfast that I was not present to eat, and a restaurant I never entered at all.

For the most part it was okay. Room looked old and dated but everything was functional. There’s an additional charge for parking on the premises. Surrounding areas had the good mixed in with the bad. Probably not a good idea to walk around at night in certain areas. Staff was helpful and courteous.
