From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine friendliness and made to feel immediately at home. The standout feature of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff, who create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. In particular, Gabriella and Frederica deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. Both were consistently warm, professional, helpful and approachable throughout our visit. They always greeted us with a smile, took time to answer questions and were happy to assist with anything we needed, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. As returning visitors, it was especially nice to be recognised and welcomed back. Gabriella and Frederica provided excellent local recommendations and also helped us arrange a half-day boat excursion. This proved to be one of the highlights of our trip, giving us the opportunity to explore the stunning coastline and enjoy spectacular sea views. Our sea-view room was another highlight.
