The staff was nice and welcoming but the facility looks like it’s in need of some renovation. It’s looking a a bit the worse for wear and inadequate of bad lighting choices in places like the bathrooms makes the place look like a motel.

The property is beautiful and clean, even though we found bat droppings on the bathroom floor in the morning. The restaurant food was horrible.

Very disappointed in there late checkout policies, flight was late out of town and had to pay an extra day because they have no flexible policy, would definitely not stay again based on this policy

The shuttle service is great and regular. The driver was very helpful and he loaded and unloaded the bags alone. The hotel cleanness is acceptable.
