Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2025
