"Staff was great, bar was supposed to be open until 11 and she closed it down around 10:20. Our room had poop smeared on the wall. Bathroom cups on the sink were dirty not clean. No shampoo or conditioner in shower it was actually water in the dispensers other than the body wash."

"Das Novotel Regensburg Zentrum war eine gute Wahl! Unser bequemes Zimmer war absolut sauber, ansprechend möbliert, so wie auch das ganze Haus einen sehr ansprechenden Eindruck machte. Die gesamte technische Einrichtung funktionierte einwandfrei, das Personal war freundlich, die Tiefgarage mit Fahrstuhl bis zur Zimmeretage (14 € für Mitglieder im Accor-Bonusprogramm) eine gute Wahl und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Gefallen haben uns auch die großzügigen Öffnungszeiten dieses Buffets; leider wurden die ersten Dinge allerdings dann schon kurz vor der Schließungszeit abgeräumt. Vom Hotel in die Altstadt läuft man etwa 20min, es ist damit auch für einen Altstadtbesuch gut geeignet und bietet zusammenfassend ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsniveau. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hier übernachten."
