"Le Méridien Beach Plaza is an excellent choice for families, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The private beach was the highlight of our stay and was perfect for my 11- and 14-year-old. We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The bar has a nice atmosphere, though I was disappointed there weren’t any TVs since I visited during the World Cup. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to families who want easy access to the beach. However, if your priority is being in the heart of Monaco’s restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, you may prefer staying closer to the city center. Monaco doesn’t have Uber, and the local taxi app can sometimes struggle to find available drivers. The walk to the center isn’t bad, but during the heatwave we experienced it was uncomfortable during the day. Thankfully, evenings were much cooler, making the walk much more enjoyable."

"If your flying out of the airport in Nice the next day this is the place to stay. Nice Airport has 2 terminals. The hotel has a great Shuttle service if your going out of terminal 2 and the main entrance to the Airport and Terminal one is 2 minute walk from the lobby of the Airport. They have a nice bar and restaurant, modern clean rooms with AC and the staff was excellent."

"A good standard airport hotel which is a quick walk from the terminal and a rail line that takes you along the coast. Very friendly and helpful reception team. Rooms basic but clean and in good condition bar a badly stained toilet due to limescale. Good air con and plentiful breakfast buffet."
