Hotel was old and dated, although there were some apparent attempts at repairs. The room I had had a wonderful sea view and terrible street noise. There was only one staff member that I know of and he did everything from cook breakfast (good) to manage the front desk. The electricity went out the last day I was there and I moved to another hotel.

Great hotel for the money. Right by beach and bus stop. Clean room. Air conditioning! Very comfortable mattress. Shower with hot water, toilet, and sink. Mini fridge to keep drinks and picnic food for beach. Overall, hotel has everything I could need or want for a competitive price.

Right on the beach

We were warmly welcomed and provided with an alternate room as we had lots of luggage. Nothing was a problem for the staff. The bed was amazing!! 11am check out was a bonus as we were needing a sleep in! The beach is right across the road and there is a bus stop is directly out the front door. Plenty of great restaurants and bakeries within 2 minutes walk. We'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend and better than it's 2 star rating.

Close to airport and great view!!!

We got there very late and walked from the airport, but the man who let us in was very friendly and kind. The room was in the corner and it was a hot night, the air conditioning felt sooo good after our midnight walk from the airport. The view was spectacular looking over the street to the beach! We felt very safe and were very comfortable there.

Budget room for a traveler interested in exploring

This is a 2 star hotel so don't expect the biggest and most comfortable room. It served the purpose of being affordable and clean.

Great location

The hotel is on the promenade! The room is small but clean! The owner was the best person and host you could ever meet, he will do absolutely anything to make your day better. He offered us beach supplies as well as an umbrella when it rained. He was knowlegable on the ciry therfore giving us directions on transportation. He was there for us every secon we needed him. The room is very cleen, and so is the bathroom. We had a lovely balcony facing the beach. The hotel is small but very well kept. The owneer made us a coffee in the morning and it was the best expresso. I would definitely atay there again it was a pleasure.

Nice Family Vacation

My two kids and I stayed at Azur for 2 nights in a triple room before leaving for the USA. We managed, but I don't recommend it. Room was very small for 3 people. The owner was very nice, friendly and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. The area was beautiful, right on the promenade and beach, only minutes away from City Center by bus. Over all, a great little hotel, but I do not recommend it for long extended stay.

Great location

The room was very well maintained and we had a frige, which is always great. I'd like a small electric kettle for tea and coffee making too. The breakfast was adequate as we needed it before a day's tour.

Close to the airport!

I was very pleased. My room was at the back of the hotel, so i did not have a view on the sea and the noise from the street. Room was dated, but clean. Double bed was comfortable! Enough covers! Had to wake up at 4 am , since I had to be at the airport at 5 am. It is apr. half an hr walk. Nice wake up! Recommend!

Azur is poor

This hotel has the smallest sink i have ever seen and mounted right above the soap shelf. Impossible to use it. The nasty smell is coming out of that useless sink too.

Close to the beach. Very friendly fluent English-speaking hotel manager. Room a bit cramped and bathroom super-cramped! Nice working a/c - got the room very cool.

Loved it!

My friend and I came to Nice for Spring Break and we decided to rent the hotel because it was right across from the beach. I think we got much more than we bargained for. The main receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. It had a great view and the WiFi was good as well. My only complaint is the shower, as I hoped there would be a bathtub.

金額と全く見合わない設備の不潔さ、古さですね。海には近いですが、整備された観光エリアとはちがって、周辺にも良いレストランなどないですし、驚きました。一泊5,000円なら納得できますが... オーナー？のおじさんは良い方でしたが、掃除は５泊してまともにやってくれたのは１回のみ。タオルの補充もです。埃っぽいし、なんなの？って感じでした。wifiのみ充実、とは言いませんが、一応、アクセスしやすかったのは仕事で行ったので助かった、という感じでしょうか。カギもオートロックではなく、おじさんの人力セキュリティでした（笑）
