Very poor service

Arrived after check in and were let into a room to wait 1 hour for someone to arrive to check us in/ During the time we realize the rooms were very uncapped and dirty people walking in out of rooms that look like locals over there We decided to leave a check in another hotel. I lost our money for this one.

Not so much enjoyable..

Unfortunately I can't say many good things about this hotel. The only two things good are the gentleman at the reception and the price compared to other hotels. First of all the smell of moist welcomes you to your room. The other thing is this hotel is right on the main road which feels like all the cars using that road are in your room. There is no noise isolation on the premises, so all the main road noise is in your room. Also you can hear other rooms clearly, even the conversations. The bathroom is too small and the hairdryer doesn't work. Same random people are always wandering around the hotel and never leave. That feels totally insecure. But if you don't mind about these details you can definitely stay here, I don't want to act like this is hell, not at all. I have to mention that the whole US side of Niagara Falls is really not as good as I expected so this facility is. US side looks more like New Jersey type of place. So if price looks good to you, please stay here, you don't have to be scared..

The shower kept going from burning hot to cold while using it. The ac didn't work. The fan in the bathroom blows out really hot air. It was ok for one night but never for more than that.
