It's good because of pet friendliness. Neighborhood is busy, not necessary super family-friendly but ok. It's situated on a busy street and there are dining options at walking distance. Breakfast buffet is good. Entrance and lobby are just big enough to check in and go to your room, not a place to hang out. There's a pool. Parking is at the back and extra charge (about $20-22). Nothing fancy but it's ok if you won't be at the hotel or in your room for long.

This hotel was conveniently located and walkable to all amenities and of course the falls. The staff very personable and friendly. The only recommendations I would like to see is a better quality blend of coffee (dark roast) and better quality and size of towels in the rooms.
