"Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed."

"This might be the cleanest hotel i've ever been in in my life. The AC was great, water and fridge were good, even had a magnifying mirror. I dont eat the breakfast or watch TV so cant comment on that. However, I booked online through expedia and arrived at 10:54pm and barely caught the front desk associate before she left for the night, so that's definitely important to note in case your booking late and/or online. There are also a couple signs posted, one at the front desk that says there are absolutely no late checkouts, one in the room giving the fees charged for check out after 11 or check out after 12, and one in the room, giving fees for the replacement of damaged items , towels, sheets, etc. Totally understandable, especially as a small business, but there was no indication in the sign of the management understanding normal use. So I was worried that any accident, or makeup that accidentally stained a washcloth, would be charged-or if I were two minutes late getting out the door. The wording almost made it seem as if replacement of inventory is just passed along directly to the customer instead of viewed as a normal business expense. With that in mind, I actually might think about staying somewhere else if it were convenient."
