Fire alarms went off 2 seperation times. The 2nd alarm happening while we were sleeping! The 1st time the alarm was going off for almost an hour!! All we got was “sorry” from the front desk. I asked for some kind of discount because of the inconvenience. We were told “NO”. Not coming back.

My room was terrible. The bathroom was not clean to my expectation. The room was kind of smelling funky with a humidifier noise 24/7. i could not fall as sleep because of a static noise at night, it seems like a water leakage. The towels are so worn out that it was hard for me to dry my body after a shower. I will not set foot on this property ever again. Thank you!
