Great little downtown apartment! Small - good for up to two people. Nicely appointed and decorated, great sectional sofa, big TVs where we wanted them. Host was kind and helpful and accommodating. Location is pretty much across State St from the State Street RR Station, a block and a half from the Green, and near everything. Orange Street (half a block away) has a ton of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Elm. It felt like we were the first guests because everything was so new and clean. Our host got right back to us when we had questions about the parking garage. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants. Our only complaint was that space was overly fragrant, if you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask before booking. Cheers!

The owner was very polite in his emails and answered all my questions promptly. The room was clean and well-maintained. They provided detergent and other items so I didn't have to buy them. When I ran out of toilet paper towards the end of my 8-day stay, they sent me a roll when I asked. It was very helpful. I didn't have any particular problems during my stay. I had a comfortable stay. If my daughter would participate in the world scholar’s cup at Yale University next year, I will choose this room again. Thank you so much!
