Imagine arriving after a 25-hour journey, only to find out the elevator is out of order and your room is on the 4th floor. We had to drag heavy luggage up four floors with children, which was exhausting and unacceptable. To make things worse, the sink in the room was not working. We informed the front desk, but the staff member was arrogant, rude, and completely unhelpful, he simply replied “yes” and did not move an inch to resolve the issue. This place shows zero concern for guests, especially families. A BIG, BIG NO. Stay away, guys.

The staff upon entry to the front desk was rude. He seemed like he didn't want to be there helping us at all. He looked irritated when giving us our keys. When calling the desk before arrival he hung up the phone abruptly. The room service never occurred when asked for it. It took a while to get fresh sheets. There was a bit of water that dripped from the ceiling. The other lady was nice and helpful to which made the stay nicer. Too expensive for the lack of service or basic hotel accommodation.

Parking was ok Cigarette smell on the 2nd floor hallway was atrocious. The condition of the room showed incomplete repairs, and the veneerer was peeling off the bottom of the bathroom door. Also, the front desk attendant was rude and yelling down to hall to another employee.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff and other tenants were helpful also. Great amenities washer and dryer great prices. Convenient vending machines and ice. Safe parking. Very peaceful. My favorite motel is motel 6 in Milford CT.

It was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I just love their pillows! Microwave and refrigerator in every room I've stayed in. The others folks I've spoken to that were staying there were very nice and helpful. It was quiet and relaxing. Staff was pleasant as well.

This is an inexpensive, no-frills motel. The room was very clean and the temperature was comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful. One person made copies of some papers that I needed, and another called a taxi for us when our phone app wasn't working. Staff were polite.

This is your best option for the budget tier hotels in the region. it's not perfect but it's pretty good for the price. you'll have a safe and quiet stay. the beds are comfy and there are plenty of pullows. the internet is good and there's an ATM in the lobby. they also have an elevator, which is nice.
