Perfect location right in the middle of everything, all that Gruene has to offer one direction, the Comal and Schlitterbahn the other. The pool was pretty busy during the weekend but overall a great place to stay.

Condo was clean. Hist was super helpful with any questions. Supplied with tubes for the river and gave great info about town, food, and where to float. Recommend walking the 0.4 mile to the park and floating back to the park!

I would rent again. Overall was very happy with the stay. Only a few minor things could use adjustment in my opinion. The A/C would only lower to 70 both families were a little warm at night, we usually use keep it at 68. The restroom could have used a couple more towels. Minor but could definitely help. Again overall pleasant experience
