Kitchen was acceptable. Ice Maker in refrigerator didn't work. Tasha was very engaging and helpful at front desk. Cleaning staff were very thorough. Did have a few insects, small roach and a couple of earwigs. Could use more sound proofing.

Below expectations

This hotel cost more than the others in the area so I was expecting something decent. Unfortunately this resembled a motel 6. I will say that the front desk lady was amazing and so nice. The room was muggy and had a weird smell. The bathroom was beat to hell. The bed was hard. There was only 1 plug near the bed. Had loud people around. It was just really banged up and kinda nasty. I wouldn't recommend this place. Especially for what they are charging. Very disappointed.

Wonderful front desk staff

Front desk staff, Nesha and another young woman, were so friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and fine. Would return simply because of the staff.

The hallways smelled really bad, but the room itself was clean. When we first arrived, it smelled like someone was feeding their cat wet cat food and the smell was lingering the whole weekend we were there. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. We did not complain about the smell because it’s not something they could fix if it was actually a guest.
