It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too.

The Yuruino Yado Keizan and also the Otogi-tei KOFU are accommodation options to consider. The Yuruino Yado Keizan can be found 15 miles (24 kilometers) from the heart of Neba.
