Air conditioner wasn’t strong enough to bring temperature down to comfort, and they don’t allow us to leave the air on when we leave the room. They charge a daily fee for the use of the swimming pool/beach towel. There aren’t enough keys to the safe in every room of the hotel (you have to wait until somebody returns his lock). Working people are not so friendly. Breakfast started very good but then it deteriorated with each day that we were there. Only one key to each room independently of how many guest were in! Internet not working 100% of the time (I stayed there for 6 days/5 nights). Your review of this hotel showed 4 stars... I would consider it the most 1 star! Toilet paper format was one of those that you pull one 6-inch sheet at a time... not good! Picture in review showed the hotel right by the sea, with no other hotel in between... deceptive advertising! In reality there is another hotel between VIP Praia Hotel and the beach! That picture would be true only at a certain angle taken from the pool, which is located at the 6th floor! I will never ever again step foot into this hotel. I will not give good referral with its regard! Hope you will reconsider your recommendation.

Não gostei do hotel. Existem coisas básicas, como shampoo e sabonete, que são obrigatórias e no quarto não havia, tendo apenas sabonete diluído, bem diluído. O café da manhã era no quarto ou no deck, devido a reformas no restaurante, mas tínhamos que escolher no primeiro dia e com quantidade limitado e também sem poder escolher nos dias seguintes, repetindo-se o mesmo pedido. No check in pedi para estacionar logo antes de assinar a ficha, com medo de não ter vaga suficiente, e o senhor da recepção me falou, mesmo depois de confirmar minha reserva já paga, que só diria depois do check in completo onde era o local do estacionamento. A limpeza do quarto é feita a pedido. Após três dias do check out ainda não recebi recibo da estadia. Em suma, não voltaria jamais.

Experiência Agradável

Localização excelente, Funcionários atenciosos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Prestativos e disciplinados. Ótimo serviço de limpeza do quarto, aliás o quarto é um atrativo a mais, cama gostosa, espaçoso, confortável. Um diferencial foi o dono do hotel (Sr.Alfeu) sempre prestativo a dar dicas de passeio e informações relevantes sobre onde jantar. Minha única "queixa' no modo de dizer, foi com a qualidade e variedade do café da manhã. Para nós(eu e minha esposa) que viajamos todos os anos esta foi a experiência "negativa". Os salgados deixaram a desejar, eram muito massudos e pouco saborosos. E os pratos quentes também não variavam, sempre os mesmos. Variedade de sucos pouca tbm, só para traçar um comparativo, ano passado fomos a João Pessoa e a variedade de sucos era três vezes mais. Mas o pessoal muito atencioso do café também, sempre procurando não deixar faltar nada. O grande atrativo do café eram os queijos coalho na chapa para quem gosta. E só no último dia descobri que tbm faziam uma omelete que foi muito prazeroso come-lo. Enfim, falta muito pouco para o hotel entrar em uma nota 9m na minha opinião hoje ele ficaria entre um 7,5 a 8. Mas com certeza recomendaria ele a todos meus amigos sem medo de errar.
