Liked the property. Two issues: 1…we arrived at 12:10 to check in…we knew that was early. They said the room was ready but there was a $25 early check in fee. We sat in the lobby until 1:45 to not have to pay the fee. I can understand if the room was not available when we arrived but the room was available. As a side note we checked out at 4:00 AM but there was no early checkout refund. 2: The tub/shower was very slippery…my spouse and I came close to falling which at our age could have been a disaster. They need to fix that.

The people were very helpful, but we had a difficult time sleeping in the beds. I don't know if it was the beds themselves, the very heavy comforters, or the higher-than-normal humidity the two days of our stay. We just could not sleep without sweating(even with turning the room temperature down low). I was also surprised that even though the site had a pool, guests could dry their bathing suits in a guest drying machine. The staff was very helpful, but they were not able to resolve these issues themselves.

The place was clean. Bed was comfortable. However, the shower didnt have any water pressure, the barn door design to the bathroom couldnt close enough for privacy. The sink was strangely too low. Comfortable bed and cleanliness made up for the strange design of the bathroom door and low water pressure. Overall a 4 star from us.

Good location. Clean. Good continental breakfast options. Friendly staff. Nice lighting options in our room. Room temp was difficult to manage. Shower water pressure was low.

We were passing through Murfreesboro and decided to stop for the night. This hotel seemed new. The room was clean and comfortable. We weren’t hungry when we woke up, so we didn’t eat breakfast. It looked fairly standard with cereal, eggs, yogurt, waffles, etc. The only complaint I would have was the lack of soundproofing between the walls/door to the hallway. I felt the people in the hall were in the bathroom with me.

Nice quick trip

This place was okay. Definitely could have had a cleaner bathroom and sheets. There was hair in the bathroom and on our sheets. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either. Other than that, the workers and housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful. It was very quiet. The place smelled clean.

Fairly new hotel, but not very well built, already showing signs of wear. But it was mostly clean and I slept great. Breakfast was underwhelming but they always are... The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This 3 star plus Hotel was fabulous. New and Clean. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. It was not close to ETSU, but about 4 miles away. Just off the Interstate 24 Exit 81. There is an awesome, delicious Mexican restaurant almost in the parking lot. I will stay here every time in Murfreesboro!
