We stayed here one night on our way from Chicago to Orlando. On the way back we booked again because the first experience was excellent. This is a very well kept and well staffed property and exceeded expectations, which is rare. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The room and overall hotel appeared clean and well kept, however, my room had a roach issue. The staff wasnt overly friendly but did have a nice gentleman at the front desk who assisted me with a tv issue in my room. Good location and clean but bug issue took the shine off and make it a bit hard to relax.

We were traveling with our son, who has autism. The hotel staff were happy to accommodate us and put us in a quiet room at the end of the hall, right by an exit, as we requested. They were very friendly and understanding of our situation, which made what is normally a challenge for us, a breeze. Well-done Hampton! It is apparent that this property is well-managed.
