When got in room, refrigerator did not work. Maid did not clean room or leave linen or towels. Had to ask twice for towels. Did not program key, had to go back to the desk for key to be reprogramed.

We stayed at this hotel on April 2nd and again on April 8th. On the 2nd we arrived with our family of 7 and were greeted kindly and given a room that slept all 7 of us (2 queens and a large sofa bed with a chaise). On April 8th when we arrived, the front desk employee said there was a problem with our room and left to "check it out." This took awhile and despite our reservation being for the exact same thing as the 2nd, our stay on the 8th was terrible. They ushered us into a room that had 2 "queens" (they looked more like doubles) and a dirty sofa bed. This did not sleep all 7 of us as previously stated so my husband asked for a rollout bed and none was provided. He explained we had stayed here a week prior and were given an adequate room. The employee stated no such room exists... which is not true because our room did provide sleeping arrangements for 7 when we were there on April 2nd. Not to mention the shower was cracked along the wall and the toilet looked as though someone had yanked it from the floor at some point. The most infuriating part of this visit was that prior to April 2nd, I called and verified with the property that the rooms we reserved would in fact sleep 7. I was assured that was the case. No compensation was offered. No compromise was made. I will never reserve with them again and will leave a dissatisfied Google review.

Overall, it was fine. Checking in was easy and quick. But, we found that the room had not been completely clean (someone had drawn on the window and it was still there). The walls are thin and our door did not snug tight against the frame. It was a place to stay and that it did.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean and convenient to the church we were attending. Easy check in and out. We have enjoyed both our stays here and will continue to use this hotel when we are in the area.

I have stayed at this property several times - what was disappointing during this stay is that the wifi was down. I had planned to work a half day from the property when I arrived and was unable to.

Only 1 person working counter, waited at least 15 min. Phone in room not hooked up, wires were just hanging there. Standing water while showering, maybe water pressure too much. Breakfast lady was not very helpful

Our family of 7 stayed here for 4 days because there was not a hotel left anywhere in the Nashville area.This property looks good from the outside, but inside is not well kept. One of the table legs was falling off, the ac unit was smelly and dirty, the fridge was leaking, there were ants in the room, the bathroom wasn't clean, we had to beg for towels. The hallways smelled of pot smoke and the back door was constantly propped open with a rock. I think someone is dealing out of the back of the hotel. The kids did have fun in the pool. The room was not disgusting, but we were glad to move to our next hotel.
