Really lovely hotel to start our trip to Japan with! In a handy location not far from the station and with the gorgeous shrine complex nearby, it was very pleasant! All facilities were great and the on-site shop was handy, as well as he vending machines. Rooms were clean and comfy and staff were very welcoming. Thank you! :)

The hotel is very old and it shows. All the walls and corridors are banged up and everything feels very dated. We didn’t realize that we had booked a smoking floor (because why would anyone still have that) and the smell was terrible. The room seemed clean enough but there were multiple stains on the bed spread that made it feel dirty. There was a family mart in the bottom of the hotel which was nice and the shuttle bus to the airport was also a plus. It was fine for the one night we needed it but I wouldn’t stay here again. The member of staff that checked us out was lovely though and spoke good English.

Very average, shuttle left early and they don’t have any around checkout which doesn’t make much sense. Staff wasn’t really that helpful. Room is muggy and real small, but has what you need for a short stay. Bathroom was nice.

It was only about a 10-15 min walk to NaritaSan Park and it had a free shuttle to Narita Airport making it a great spot for a stopover.

This is an older property. It was clean but very worn. There is no amenities in the room they have them on a shelf at check in time only you can take them at that time. Rooms are very small. There is no one to help with luggage Elevators very tiny. The front staff was a mix. I dealt with a couple who were very good one not so much. We had our luggage sent to the hotel and I had to ask for it because they didn’t know it was there. Everywhere else let me know at check in it was there and in my room. This is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again
