Please keep in mind I'm comparing this to other hotels we stayed in Japan. Overage it was an average stay for Japan hotels. This is a western style hotel, larger than most rooms in Tokyo. We only stayed 1 night because we had a flight out of NRT the next morning. We had a pleasant stay at the property. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel itself is a bit dated and common areas could be cleaner, but roomier than most hotels in Japan. The airport shuttle bus was very convenient and so was the little gift store in the hotel to grab a snack. The breakfast buffet was good, and hit the spot. This hotel mainly caters to folks going in and out of NRT. Not close to any of the attractions.

There was a convenience store inside the hotel which was very convenient, however we were disappointed that there were only a few items on offer when we arrived late at night. As it is a large hotel, it would have been more convenient if there was a slightly larger convenience store or supermarket. Other than that, it was a very clean and nice hotel close to the airport.
