Staff was rude when I asked if I could check in early(was just asking a question and they basically got mad at me). Also we got the buffet for $40 at night and the food was terrible and then paid $30 for breakfast buffet and was awful. Just go to the airport and eat or take a cab to a restaurant. The place was okay though(they have kimonos in the room you could wear which was fun). Plus side it’s super close to the airport(walking distance)

Hotel was decent. Staff does not clean under beds (sofa bed was unfolded when we arrived and when we folded it up, there was a vape cartridge and other trash under it. Despite having do not disrurb placard hanging, staff knocked on door to inquire about room service. Amenities list pool and sauna, but aren't clear that they are additional fee. Airport shuttle ran more than 15 minutes late a couple of times. Restaurant has good food, ok priced for hotel. Overall decent hotel but obviously understaffed.

Our room was very dirty. Bathroom had long hair in the bath and all around the plug, along the wall was dirty and the shower curtain was covered in stains. The air conditioner was not working and the sheet had a stain on it. The staff were very prompt at removing the hair and supplying a fan for our room to help with the stuffiness. Very disappointed as we used this hotel 2 weeks earlier and could not fault it.

We stayed here for one night as needed to catch a flight and wanted to avoid delays. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle was easy to find and on time. The only complaint was the bathroom in the room. It could have used a proper cleaning, we found hairs on the sick and the shower curtain needed changing, it had a yellowish-brown color and it smelled moldy.

Second time staying here for one night stay. Excellent. Room is spacious and shuttle bus to airport was consistent, even tried shuttle bus to mall to pass time before flight. All staff was very professional. Great hotel to stay in if going through Narita airport.
