Good stay. Simple, but modern.

Check-in at 3pm was quick. Rep was very nice. Hallways clean. Room was clean. Sheets washed, but about 5 small permanent orange stains (size of pencil eraser). May have to request iron/board and hangers. Good coffee in lobby, none in room. Surrounding area under interstate construction, but work doesn't start until about 10:00am (didn't wake me). Nearby Chilis, Waffle House, and Cracker Barrell.

At this time, it is not a safe place to stay. Our room was loaded with bugs so we checked out immediately. I did not feel safe with the attitude of the front desk clerk or the guests staying long term there.

I paid for the room for my son who lives in Naples, Florida. I live in Idaho. The only complaint that he had was that he found two cockroaches in his room. I had a VERY GOOD experience with EMILY at the front desk. My credit card was charged a separate charge. I called for help to remove this. Emily couldn't see it but told me when the manager would be in. I had to call several times. She was always polite. She came back from speaking to the manager and refunded my money. I was very happy. Kudos to Emily.

Our room had a HORRIBLE smell. There was no coffee maker. I learned the hard way to not stay in a Woodsprings property. We had been in our room only 15 minutes & the manager is banging on the door wanting to do a room inventory. We were getting ready to jump in the shower but she demanded to talk to us. It was really weird. We had stayed in Holiday Inn Expresses on the way down for half the price. I realize we were in Naples but there was no value for what we paid.

Avoid if you can; dirty room

Dirty room, cockroaches in the room, qtips on the floor. Door didn’t close well. There were some people with ankle bracelets in the hotel. A lot of noise from the other rooms. Didn’t feel safe. Staff was polite and helpful.
