Your home away from home! Welcome to our beautiful, paradise home, Costa Del Sol! Located in Briarwood, Costa Del Sol part of the Del Sol Collection in Naples Briarwood. This home provides a tranquil and private atmosphere with magnificent lake views and a south-facing large enclosed lanai with a heated pool. This newly refreshed and fully air-conditioned, the four-bedroom and three-full-bath villa is equipped with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable vacation that is perfect for everyone. With bright, airy interiors that open out onto the pool and lake beyond, the calming atmosphere of the home will settle in from the moment you arrive. Relax amidst peaceful lakeside scenery where ducks and otters swimming by are not uncommon!

This home has a number of features that will make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, streaming TVs in each room, Premium Wifi (900Mbps), 2 adult and 1 toddler bicycles with helmets, an outdoor dining table with lounge chairs, umbrella and a BBQ grill. For those who are traveling with children, there is also a range of items such as a pack N play, baby bathtub, games and high chair.

Briarwood is a 24/7 gated community located in the heart of Naples, it is just a few minutes away from picturesque beaches, shopping areas, and restaurants. It is the perfect location for all your community activities. From two heated pools and pickleball to tennis, basketball, and volleyball - there's something for everyone. All this lies just steps away from the villa, so you can enjoy everything at a moment's notice.

Naples is full of surprises and unforgettable experiences and Costa Del Sol is only a short 5-mile drive from all the action! Visitors can stroll downtown, enjoy the gleaming Gulf of Mexico beaches, experience delicious restaurants, and stay entertained with a range of activities during the day and evening.

At Briarwood, we're proud of our house and the surrounding community; consequently, this booking is subject to its own security protocol. To ensure that everyone has a pleasant and safe experience, guests must complete the necessary Briarwood application shortly after securing their reservation. Thank you for understanding!

Primary Bedroom #1 - King bed, Smart TV and en suite bath (dual vanities, soaking tub w/separate shower & water closet), Work from Home station (stand up desk & Monitor), direct pool access

Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Smart TV (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in hall and direct pool access)

Bedroom #3 - Two twin beds, Smart TV (full bath with tub/shower combo, shared in the hall)

Bedroom #4- Two twin beds, Smart TV (full bath with tub/shower combo)

Additional Information:

Non-refundable HOA application fee ($100 if submitted more than 20 day prior to check in, $200 if submitted less than 20 days prior to check in, $300 if submitted less than 7 days prior to check in and $400 for same day processing - The first $100 is included in my rate.
