Almost Perfect.

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and professional. The amenities were outstanding. The only snags were with the temperature control in our room. We addressed this issue every day and never did get a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Also, the tv had some problems that were only partially resolved. Other than that it was a great stay. Almost perfect, especially for the price.

The Perry Hotel was amazing. A bit secluded but that made it even more special ! The service, the scent in the lobby, the free boat sunset tour was the highlight of the afternoon. We enjoyed the adult pool as well as the restaurants. The rooms were perfect and modern. Keep up the good work, highly recommended as a quick escape from Miami.

We stayed there a few weeks ago for our 19th year wedding anniversary. The rooftop sunset was amazing, diner with that view, even better. The restaurant paid attention to our reservations being labeled as an anniversary and surprised us with a unexpected desert. The pool, the property, the staff all amazing. If it wasn't for a billing/check out issue ( that they eventually corrected) it would have been the best hotel experience we have had since our honeymoon. This is the 3rd time staying at a perry hotel (twice in key West) and we can not wait to come back!!!

Great hotel questionable restaurant and bar

Hotel is beautiful. Check in was great and early. Adult Pool in rooftop and larger pool in ground floor for kids. They stop servicing food at the adult pool between 2and 4pm and that was not great. The bartender that was there before it got packed at 4pm was very rude and it turned me off of the restaurant so we cancelled our reservation and walked over to the bayhouse for dinner.

Gem Boutique Hotel

This boutique hotel is beautiful and perfect for adults. It has all that is required without the excess. The rooftop has a nice bar and terrace area where you can enjoy the nice view, along with an air-conditioned Japanese restaurant. the pool is gorgeous and fun marine and beach activities can be scheduled.
