First Class Stay
Wonderful spacious property in a fabulous neighborhood! The pool is heated and caged so we never had to deal with bugs. Beautiful view of the golf course. Do keep in mind that being on the golf course does mean there will be early morning (5:30) noise almost every day from the grounds keepers so light sleeper should avoid the master bedroom that is at the back of the house. We are early risers so it wasn't an issue for us. The home is beautifully furnished with quality furniture that is very comfortable. Some owners that VRBO their homes put in very cheap furniture without a thought to comfort. That is not the case here. All the beds were great, comfortable counter stools and dining chairs, huge sectional with 75" TV. There were often 6-8 of us watching playoff games or movies and everyone was comfortable. The separate Cassita was great for my daughter and son-in-law so they had privacy. The courtyard putting green and fire table were awesome. The location in Lely Resort and the amenities that the neighborhood offers are top notch. Definitely pay the 400 to have the Player's Club Membership transferred to you for your stay. The gym, pools, tennis, pickleball, bocci ball, tiki bar and spa are amazing and you will enjoy being able to use them. There are two shopping centers in walking distance (1.5) miles. One has a Publix Grocery store, liquor store, a Home Goods and some take out places. The other has a Skillets which is an amazing place for breakfast. Rent for sure!!!
