LANAI / POOL: Large pool & spa, comfortable sun loungers & dining area, kidi life vests & floaties. Screened Pool -no mosquitos here! Covered Lanai table, chaise lounges for relaxing/tanning. Grill...you will want to cook outdoors! Outdoor smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, movies & games. Private oversized culdesac lot is great for outdoor games (croque, cornhole & life-size Jenga provided). Turkish bath towels. FAMILY ROOM: Cozy comfortable seating with views of pool & open design flows into gourmet kitchen & Dinette. Smart TV, Cards & Board games, puzzles - activities for a rainy day. DINING ROOM: (if you absolutely want to stay inside and dine). KITCHEN: Bright and sunny kitchen is great for entertaining. Enormous center peninsula with breakfast bar for gathering. Stainless appliances & granite tops.
