Very outdated hotel. Bathrooms were disgusting mold and rust everywhere. Rooms itself had mildew odor. Not a good stay. I was even given a room they had already gave to someone else before i arrived. Walked in to other people in the room they gave me. Didnt bother complaining to management cause from the looks of everything they could definitely use my money to help out with the whole experience for some other family. Good luck.

The room was old peeling paint, worn out furniture, mattress terrible. Bathroom hair in tub and sink, floor dirty and dirty towel on floor. Bedsheets were messed on arrival and dead bug between sheets. Pool area nice, garden was nice, parking easy. Manager handled our situation very well!

Overall it was a good stay. The first night we arrived pretty late due to delayed flights and the attendant wasn't overly helpful with getting us a crib/pack-n-play but I think he was new to the position. We got checked into the room and it was extremely outdated and uncomforting (far West building). The next morning we requested a room change to a more modern room and that made the biggest difference and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast every morning was just fine and overall we had a good experience.

The room was nice. Floors weren’t the cleanest, but overall was nice. The website states that the pool is heated. IT IS NOT WARM AT ALL!

I have stayed at this property multiple times and while it is older and not updated, rooms are spacious and property landscaping and outdoor areas are gorgeous. However, after this last trip I will not be returning. Not only is this place a bit more expensive than other hotels in nicer conditions but room this time was dirty, the room was not cleaned in between days (only towels changed, pools were dirty and jacuzzi was a greenish yellow color with hair and other things floating in the water. One of my kids jumped in to warm up and when I saw what the water looked like, I had them get out and take a shower. Their bathing suit smelled terribly as well. Will not be going back. Rooms were almost $325 a night for a very dingy, old, and dirty stay.

Negatives... very cheap furniture, 2 live roaches in bathroom, not very sound proof room as I could hear every person that walked by and cars driving by, staff was not very forthcoming and it seemed I needed to know exactly what questions to ask to get information, hot tubs didn't seem to work at all which was disappointing, no locks available for rental bikes. A positive... location. I could walk to Lowdermilk Beach because it was only 1 mile away. There were a lot of convenient businesses close by such as a mall and grocery store and restaurants. Overall... definitely not at all worth the money and I will not be staying there again.

This property was a disaster to stay in, the place was dirty, bugs on the walls, dirty shower, dirty floor and they overcharged me 20 dollars, there is no way this place was worth 222.00 a night
